To create and maintain an Account on the i8slot Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
Account registration on i8slot is free of charge. You are required to provide accurate personal information at the point of registration and to keep this information current and updated at all times.

4.4 Consequences of Failed KYC. 5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. i8slot accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. Cryptocurrency deposits via BTC and USDT (TRC20/ERC20) are also accepted. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM).
5.2 Deposit Minimums & Maximums. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction. i8slot reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.

5.3 Third-Party Funding Prohibition. You may only deposit and withdraw funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts held by family members or associates — are strictly prohibited. Any such funds identified will be frozen pending investigation.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Prior to processing any withdrawal, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have met all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus balance; (c) not have any pending fraud investigations on your account; and (d) not exceed the applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limit for your player tier.
5.5 Currency. All balances, deposits, bonuses, withdrawals, and wagering activity on i8slot are denominated exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion is applied, and no additional currency exchange fees are charged by i8slot.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards offered by i8slot are subject to specific terms which are published at the time of the promotion. In all cases, these General Terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms, and in the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all credited bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount and must be completed within the stated validity period. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated time will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
6.3 One Bonus at a Time. Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus before satisfying the wagering requirements of an existing bonus will result in the forfeiture of the prior bonus balance.
6.4 Birthday Bonus. Birthday bonuses are automatically credited to verified accounts on the player's registered date of birth. The bonus tier is determined by the player's VIP level at the time of crediting. i8slot reserves the right to request proof of date of birth before releasing birthday bonus funds.
6.5 Referral Programme. Players who refer a new player to i8slot using their unique referral code are eligible for referral rewards, subject to the referred player completing registration, depositing a qualifying amount, and meeting the stated activity threshold. Referral rewards will not be paid for self-referrals, multi-account referrals, or referrals generated through fraudulent means.
7.1 Binding Results. The outcome of all games and sporting events as recorded on the i8slot Platform shall be considered final and binding. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error affecting the result of a game or wager, i8slot reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the player's Real Money Balance.

7.3 Sports Betting. All sports bets are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. For Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA competitions, UFC, and all other covered events, results are determined according to official competition records. In-play bets accepted after an event's official result is determined shall be void.
7.4 Live Casino. All live dealer games are operated by certified third-party providers. Results are determined by physical game mechanisms (cards dealt, roulette wheel spins, dice rolls) captured on camera in real time. Connectivity issues on the player's end do not entitle the player to void or replay a round.
7.5 Disconnection Policy. If a player is disconnected during a game round, the Platform will resolve the round according to the game's built-in rules. i8slot's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
i8slot does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we invest significantly in platform stability and maintain a 99.4% uptime target, periodic maintenance windows and unforeseen technical events may result in temporary service unavailability.
12.1 By i8slot. i8slot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including in circumstances where: (a) a player engages in Prohibited Activity; (b) a player provides false or fraudulent information; (c) compliance with applicable law or regulatory obligation requires account closure; or (d) a player poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
12.2 Balance on Closure. Where an account is closed due to the player's breach of these Terms, i8slot reserves the right to retain the balance of that account. Where closure is initiated by i8slot for operational or compliance reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any required compliance checks.
12.3 By the Player. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within one (1) business day. Any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method following KYC verification, if not already completed.
The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by i8slot is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.3.
The version date and version number displayed at the top of this document will be updated each time these Terms are amended. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current provisions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which i8slot holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may escalate the matter to formal arbitration or the courts of the relevant jurisdiction, as applicable under the governing licence terms.
Nothing in this clause limits i8slot's right to seek immediate injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to prevent or address a breach of these Terms.
